DESCRIPTION:During this event the aim is to learn the art of Sashiko in an outdoor woodland setting  \nKelly Dawson is a local artist and fashion designer who specialises in reclaimed denim and eco/slow fashion. She will give an outline and then work with each person individually. \nRefreshments:\nDuring this event\, we will have an area for you to help yourself to tea and fresh brewed coffee (cow and Oat milk options) and a selection of home baked goods as and when you like – simply mark down what you have and pay at the end. \nYou will be given a starter pack with Sashiko Natural thread and Sashiko needle. \nTo bring:\nClothes you wish to repair. Jean material is preferable. \nYou will go home with the thread you are working with and a sashiko needle.
